Yi Huang, MD, PhD

Yi Huang Dr. Huang received his MD from Nanjing Medical University and PhD of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine from Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Huang is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacology and Chemical Biology at University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and a member of University of Pittsburgh Cancer Institute (UPCI) and the WCRC.

Dr. Huang's research interest is focused on the investigation of the molecular mechanisms underlying the epigenetic changes in breast cancer and development of novel approaches of reprogramming of epigenetic changes that could lead to the development of more specific drugs and more effective combination strategies in breast cancer therapy.
