Deadlines for submission to the PRC are approximately 10 days before the scheduled meeting date. Any trials that do not have the required documentation for review will not be placed on the agenda for the meeting. Required documents are the following:

  1. a completed PRC checklist/program director letter
  2. a copy of full protocol
  3. a sponsor or UPCI consent form
  4. investigator drug brochure

All trials must be signed-off by the disease center director and all investigator-initiated trials must be approved by a University of Pittsburgh Biostatistician prior to submission to the PRC. Please note any incomplete submissions may delay the review of your protocol to the next available meeting.
