Deadlines for submission to the PRC are approximately 10 days before the scheduled meeting date. Please note that any trials lacking the required documentation for review by EOB on the dates listed above may not be placed on the next meeting agenda.

Required documents are the following:

  1. A completed PRC checklist/program director letter
  2. A copy of full protocol
  3. A sponsor or UPCI consent form
  4. Investigator drug brochure
  5. All trials must receive (e-mail) sign-off from the disease center director and all Investigator-initiated trials must be approved by a University of Pittsburgh Biostatistician prior to submission to the PRC.
