Whether you are a clinician-educator, a clinician-investigator, or an investigator-educator, this workshop will define the general guidelines of obtaining tenure for each pathway, how to prepare a portfolio, where you should be at the mid-point, and strategies to stay on target. Join us as the members of the School of Medicine Tenured Faculty Promotions and Appointments (TFPA) committee describe what they look for when considering a candidate for tenure.
