Scheduling Options

UPCI users can schedule directly through Outlook via the Public Folders:

1. In Outlook, expand "Public Folders", then expand "All Public Folders"
2. Expand "UPCI Flow Cytometry" , and select the machine you would like to schedule time on.
3. Select "new" on the topbar, and make an appointment for the time you would like to use the machine.

Scheduling Information

• Utilization of the Flow Cytometry Facility is available to all UPCI members and the research community on a first come, first served basis.
• Unless appointments are canceled 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time, the customer's account will be charged for one (1) hour.
• Please specify any special requests, such as down loading of data, acquisition of extra events, etc., as these requests require extra time. The more we know about your experiment, the better we can help!
