Services
The Transgenic and Chimeric Mouse Facility provides the following services:
- Generation of transgenic mice by DNA injection into zygotes,
- Electroporation of DNA and selection of gene targeted ES clones,
- Generation of chimeric mice, and
- Cryopreservation of embryos.
