Applied Biosystems ABI 433A Automated Peptide Synthesizer – used for routine peptide synthesis and for hydrophobic peptides due to conditional double coupling features; wide range of synthesis scales from 10 uM to 1.0 mM.

Applied Biosystems Pioneer Multiple Peptide Synthesizer – used for simultaneous production of two peptides on scale of 0.2 or 0.5 mM.

AAPPTEC Omega 396 Multiple Peptide Synthesizer – used for multiple peptide synthesis (40 or 96 reactor platforms) using 0.1 mM scale or 25 uM scale, respectively.

Applied Biosystem ABI 433A Peptide Synthesizer – used exclusively for Certified peptide production on a scale of 0.2 mM to 10 mM.

The Facility maintains a stock of diverse reverse phase analytical and preparative HPLC columns that range in capacity from microgram to 500 mg quantity peptide per run. These latter large capacity columns are used extensively for UPCI research applications.
