Deadlines for submission to the PRC are approximately 10 days before the scheduled meeting date. Any trials that do not have the required documentation for review will not be placed on the agenda for the meeting. Documents required are: (1) a completed PRC checklist, (2) a copy of full protocol, (3) a sponsor or UPCI consent form, and (4) investigator drug brochure. All trials must be signed-off by the Disease Center Leader and all investigator-initiated trials must be approved by the Disease Site Leader prior to submission to the PRC.
